Q - How do I look after my jewellery?

A - Gold plated Silver (Gold Vermeil) will oxidise over time. This is perfectly normal and can be removed very simply by polishing your jewellery with a gold polishing cloth. We use Talk Town’s Gold Polishing Cloth in the studio. We recommend not showering, exercising or swimming in your jewellery to ensure it stays as shiny as possible.

A - We’re committed to producing high quality pieces with as little impact as possible. All our metals come from recycled sources and the jewellery is packaged in a wooden box designed to be kept. All our outer packaging is also recyclable.

To lower our Carbon Footprint we produce all our jewellery here in the UK, as we believe that your jewellery shouldn't have more air miles than you do.

A percentage of every sale made is also donated to Stripe’s Carbon Removal Project which invests the money into technologies that remove Carbon from the atmosphere.

It is a legal requirement for pieces over a certain weight to be sold with a Hallmark. Every Jeweller has their own unique mark.
