Q - How do I measure my Ring finger?
A - All our rings are made to order, so please make sure you are certain that your ring size is correct before ordering your ring. There are lots of guides and methods to do this at home, but we recommend purchasing a ring sizer, or visiting a jeweller to get the perfect measurement.
Q - What is Gold Vermeil?
A - Our jewellery is created to last. All our Gold Vermeil pieces are made from 100% recycled Sterling Silver, plated in 24ct Gold. We made make everything here in England at our Melton Mowbray based Workshop. The Silver is plated in 3 microns of 24ct Gold making it as hard wearing as possible.
Q - Where is the Jewellery made?
A - All our Jewellery is made in the UK by our talented team of Artisans.
Q - You don't have the Letter or Star Sign I'm after in your store
A - We're a really small business, so developing new products takes us a while.
If the initial or star sign you're after isn't listed in the shop then we'd be very happy to develop it especially for you.

Q - The item is a Christmas Gift, what happens if they want to return it?
A - We’re super confident that your loved one will love their Antonia Guise Gift.
We can include a Gift Receipt with your parcel - simply check the gift receipt box at Check Out.
If they do want to return the item then all they need to do is follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy.
We also extend our Returns window for Christmas. All orders placed from the 1st of December can be returned anytime before the 7th of January.
Q - Do you Ship Worldwide
A - We ship worldwide. The relevant postage cost will be calculated and added at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs taxes that may be applicable so we advise making sure you are aware of these additional costs before placing your order.
Q - Do you ever work on Bespoke Commissions?
A - Yes we do! We have designed and made engagement rings, wedding earrings and cufflinks for our bespoke customers. Please check out ourBespoke, by Antonia Guise page or drop us a line to hello@antoniaguise.co.uk and we can chat about what you have in mind.
Q - Are your pieces ethically made?
A - All our jewellery is made in Britain from recycled sterling silver plated in 24k gold. Any gemstones used are purchased from reputable stone dealers who carry out checks to make sure all stones are ethically mined and slavery free.
Q - How do I look after my jewellery?
A - Gold plated Silver (Gold Vermeil) will oxidise over time. This is perfectly normal and can be removed very simply by polishing your jewellery with a gold polishing cloth. We use TalkTown’s Gold Polishing Cloth in the studio. We recommend not showering, exercising or swimming in your jewellery to ensure it stays as shiny as possible.
Q - How long does the plating last for?
A - Our aim is to create pieces that stand the test of time. If your plating fades, or something comes loose, we promise to repair or re-plate your Antonia Guise jewellery for free within three years of purchase or receipt.
Q - Is Antonia Guise a sustainable business?
A - We’re committed to producing high quality pieces with as little impact as possible. All our metals come from recycled sources and the jewellery is packaged in a wooden box designed to be kept. All our outer packaging is also recyclable.
To lower our Carbon Footprint we produce all our jewellery here in the UK, as we believe that your jewellery shouldn't have more air miles than you do.
A percentage of every sale made is also donated to Stripe’s Carbon Removal Project which invests the money into technologies that remove Carbon from the atmosphere.
Q - How does the 3 Year Guarantee Work?
A - We want you to look your best! So how does it work?
Every hand-made Antonia Guise piece comes with our 3-year Warranty. All you need to do is drop us a line describing the repair you would like made along with your proof of purchase. We will then send you all the information you need to get your piece looking top again.

Q - What is Hallmarking?
A - Hallmarking is a set of marks applied to jewellery made from precious metals, weighing over a certain amount. It means that the article has been independently tested and guarantees that it conforms to all legal standards of purity (fineness).
It is a legal requirement for pieces over a certain weight to be sold with a Hallmark. Every Jeweller has their own unique mark.
Our Eve Ring and Nancy Chain Bracelet are Hallmarked with our own Antonia Guise Hallmark.
Shipping and Delivery Questions
Q - What are my postage options?
If your order is being delivered to a UK address then you can choose between our Express next day delivery £5.99, or our Standard Shipping service which takes 3-4 days and is Free.
Q - When can I expect my delivery?
A - We have two postage options for UK addresses; Standard delivery which takes 3-4 days and Express Delivery which takes 1-2 days.
Both options come with tracking codes so you can see when to expect your delivery in real time.
When your item is in the post we will send a confirmation email with a tracking link.
For deliveries to Europe and the U.S. take please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your parcel to clear Customs.
Q - What Company do you use for UK deliveries?
A - Our U.K orders are sent using Evri or DPD. Both couriers provide parcel tracking updates so you know when to expect your delivery.
Q - I've changed my mind, what do I do?
Changed your mind? We’re very happy to refund unworn, unmarked jewellery, if returned within 7 days of receipt.
From the 1st of December any Gift purchases can be refunded so long as they are returned by the 7th of January.
To request a return, simply email hello@antoniaguise.co.uk, and we will send a return form which you can print out and fill in.
Make sure you package the pieces up with all their original packaging and please note that if any jewellery is broken in transit we will not be liable to refund you.
Q - Do you cover the cost of Returns?
A - As we are a small business, returns are at the cost of the sender, we will send you an email once we have received your package and another once we have processed your return.
Q - How much does postage outside of the UK cost?
A - For orders outside of the UK to Europe or the rest of the world shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We are unable to cover any import duties the parcel may incur. We recommend checking the relevant websites to find out how much these may be before purchasing.
Due to parcels having to clear Customs please allow 3-4 weeks at least for delivery.
Q - I need a different size for my Ring, will you exchange it?
A - Need a different size or style? Simply email hello@antoniaguise.co.uk, and we will send a return form which you can print out and fill in.
This will include a section to complete for your exchange.
Make sure you package your order with all it’s original packaging and please note that if any jewellery is broken in transit we will not be liable to exchange it.
